As a new member, I have found myself doing loads of forum searching and surfing. I am continually amazed by the professional responses of moderators (and other experienced folks). Some of the questions I have come across in forums left me scratching my head, wondering how I would find the grace to respond politely. Yet the BP community, forum after forum, continually respond in a delicate/tactful/respectful way even when responding to a “gimme gimme” tone. Kudos to y’all. Thank you kindly for modeling such excellence.

Best,

Cory

Thank you, Cory. BiggerPockets really is a special place. It starts with Joshua Dorkin. Thanks Josh.
