I am learning the process of wholesaling one piece at a time. I've spoke to a couple closing attorneys and title companies today. Tons of great information.
I haven't read completely through the Wholesale forum but plan too asap. I am hoping to find a mentor with experience in wholesale deals in North Carolina. If anyone is interested in adding an 'eager beaver' to their team please contact me.
I work from home right now for a software company as online chat support. This position affords me PLENTY of free time to make calls, research properties, laws... if someone is willing to mentor me I would be MORE than happy to dedicate time to assisting you in current transactions.
