I would not pay for a subscription from YEXT. Too many free ones that are better. Get your website ranked. Build back links and drive traffic to it (bigger pockets is a good back link). The best website in the world doesn't do squat if no visitors go to it. People find websites while searching on the web. Write a blog. Answer peoples questions about selling a house.

A lot of people use Adwords and craigslist to generate and drive "instant" traffic to the site. I like youtube. It is the second largest search engine in the world, owned and part of Google. See my youtube plug in my signature that tells people what I do.

Websites are a different setup than mailers. From what I have read voicemail or live answering services work better with mailers.

There are a lot of video making websites out there that you can edit. See my signature line below. I made a "we buy houses video" that has a logo, can be uploaded to youtube and can be imbedded on your website. I wrote a blog article on it also

Thanks for the confirmation that no magic mailer "pill" exists. Real estate in general is a numbers game. Learning to filter the leads to get to the one you want is the trick.

Post: OnCarrot.com - Has anyone used for their site?

I have used them for a little over a month. My wife does not like Oncarrot, she calls it my mistress. She says all I talk about is her (my site). The site is kind of like that big calculator you had for calculus class back in the early 90's. Yea, you can add 2+2 all day long but if you learn a just a couple other functions you can do so much more. I fished out that old calculator the other day. A TI-85, I never learned how to make money with that calculator. The Carrot site, for me, is like that calculator. If you put it in the drawer and forget about it nothing will happen. It is not a pill that makes you taller or skinny

Out of the box it works. I have chosen to follow some of carrot's suggestions and do some SEO myself. I am internet-tarded. I have to ask question almost everyday. They have live people (Jake ) that answer question realtime.( Not wait on a return an email in 24 hours.) He will either hop in my site and fix my issue or tell me the steps to do it myself.

I posted a short blog here on BP about a company I used to make a video ad for motivated sellers for youtube. I ended up spending $5 to remove the watermark. I am sure free is out there but spending 2 hours to save $1. You do not need a website or hosting account to make the video. You can just use your name and phone number to get the seller to call you. Then get it ranked with keywords. I made 3 videos and am changing (getting better) each time.

See my 1st example video and give me a thubs up or like.

It just has phone, call to action, monkeys, I think a link in the description.

I was contacted by one of my wifes friends about referring me real estate deals. She runs a good local auction house that covers 3 states. They represent a couple banks and get walk-ins that she can’t help. (Houses that don’t have enough equity, ect …)

After talking a little she asked about auctioning a house for me. I asked her fee’s, all of them. If the numbers made sense, why not? Anybody have any experiance with this

Does anybody monetize leads to other industries?

I was kicking around an idea and wanted some feedback on how or if I should approach it. I am marketing for tenants in multiple cities to fill  very limited amount of vacancies.

If I get 50 applicants for every 1 houses, what to do with the other 49?- Tenants needs expire-if they need a house today they will not need one next year

Ex. I ask them the basics. Name, credit score, If they have renters insurance, if no-would they like to be contacted by a local agent? If yes, sell this lead to a local insurance company.

It just seems if you have information, they opt-in, and do not need your services; how to make money with this information?

Interested in your thoughts and what you do

I want to add my google plus page to my profile. I have a personal google plus already added.

How do I delete my personal google plus  account so I can connect my business acct to BP?
