Hey Linda!
I love the rejection letter, but some others commented “ don’t say things like that, it opens up a door for them to claim discrimination “ because the key word is “ found someone more qualified “ so people will assume, well, I was good enough but he found someone a little bit better. That’s “ not fair at all “ etc ^^^
That’s what 90 percent of my received responses have been to this thread.. I agree with you tho, it should be simple and to the point, I want to say “ we found someone as a better fit” me, personally, I think that’s fine to say.. but others are scaring me saying “ oh no that’s discriminatory “
- at the end of the day, I own the home. I’m legally allowed to reject on man LEGAL reasons of rejection
- Raising it up to 100.00; that is nearly
Impossible, my demographics are low income areas.
- I also, believe if I do a 50.00 or higher non refundable fee, the 5-6 people I reject will be PISSED OFF. Because that is big time money when you are in a poor area.
- I will keep it at 20.00 I believe. But I will raise my rents... Even more
- I appreciate the advice
- please add more if you can.. what have you charged for the app fee? Is it refundable?
- how often do you evict clients?
- do you invest in low income areas?
