@Greg Scott what is a PSA?

So I asked my agent to give me the numbers of the tenant and the seller of the house and he ignored the request. I am wondering if the Agent does have access to them or he just doesn't want to give them to me.

I understand that LLC protects and individual, but how would one get one and when you're closing on a property would you just put your LLC's name on it?

3. how would you pay yourself?

@Kevin Purvis how would I start? Do they send it through mail? Do I go to a bank or the treasures office?

So I'm about to close on a property and I already have a tenant. I think it's going good until I'm like wait I have to pay taxes. where do I go to pay property taxes? can I make it automatic where the state or city takes it from my checkings account? (P.S I'm 18 and I'm new to this) Should I also get a professional like a CPA?

Do I need to get a certificate of occupancy and or a housing business license?

Do you need to get the certification for every house? becaue it's 100$ per contract, I'm just thinking of the long term so I can budget.

As a private do I have to stay in the Barracks at all or can I just say no and go live off post? Will they allow that?
