Can my Real estate Agent give me the seller's phone number?

So I asked my agent to give me the numbers of the tenant and the seller of the house and he ignored the request. I am wondering if the Agent does have access to them or he just doesn't want to give them to me.

Well, you don't own the place.  Why do you deserve that info?

Think about this - I've had a buyer (early on) that marched thru a place and told tenants they're buying it so be ready.  Got tenants in total turmoil.

Then they walk out of the deal.
