Need Help in the Military and want to buy houses!

Hello Biggerpockets community, so my question is how can I invest while I'm active duty? I bought my house out of state before I left and I left gave my parents power of attorney, I have a tenant there and everything is going good.

Right now I'm just confused about doing real estate out of state and I want to house hack but I can't and I want to get a loan, but I know nothing about out of state laws.

I'm 18 and I heard to house hack but I can't when I'm living in the barrack.

This is my plan since I just don't like giving a problem without a solution. I want to buy a multi-family house because I can't find any duplex in my area (if anyone has a way to find duplex easier please inform me) I'm gonna do the same thing with the brrrr method and rent it out with a loan I get in the new state that I'm at. Please tell me if my plan accurate.

@Fahadbin Alam, howdy from Texas and a retired military officer.  Something for me is not adding up, help me out and explain.  You ALREADY own a home before you enlisted and you are only 18.....huh?  You have already gone through boot camp and at your next duty assignment and you're looking to buy some more property....huh?   Most kids at 18 barely know how to walk and chew gum at the same time, yet at 18 you already own property, enlisted in the Army and you are asking us how can you invest while on Active Duty!

A lot of kids joining he Army at 18 are not sure what they want to do with their life and need some form of discipline and/or direction in their life.   From the sound of it, this does NOT sound like you, so why did you join the Army?

You have already solved buying and financing your 1st property, and you are ready to buy again?  If you're smart enough to do that, you don't need our help on investing while on active duty.   Cheers.
