I am looking for a landlord policy that covers replacement cost on the roof?

@Nicole A. I see... I was looking into Post Office but I cant registed my business with the secretaty of state using the  USPS address.  At least it's what says on the application. I do see a option w/ UPS but you are right it 's pricey!!! T

I am in the steps to create my LLC for my rent/lease business but don't want to use my Physical Address. I do have a PO BOX. But the OK Secretary of State doesn't accept PO BOX as a Physical address. What are my options? Any help will be greatly appreciated

@Bill B. @Johann Jells @Matthew Olszak@Mark FriesThank you for all the feedback. This just happens in 1 bathroom. This is a single store home. I do have 1.6 gallon toilet. The toilet doesnt gurgle, when I flushed papers for testing and used the shower at the same time, everything is working ok. I dont know the type of sewer line I have. The house is 1960 but we only have issues in one bathroom. I guess, I will just tell them to continue to use it so we can investigate more on the issue. I was even thinking about asking the plumber to scope the main line. Maybe there is roots in there blocking the passage...I dont really know. Thank you all!!!    

@Bill B.@Johann Jells, The toilet may not be an issue them, I did replace with a Kohler toilet it should flush golf balls it says lol. Still having issues... :/ Thank you for the feedback. 

I had to call the plumber a few times on the same rental and replace the toilet. it seems the Delta toilet doesnt have enough pressure to flush n#2. Looking for some suggestion on a high-pressure toilet tank.  Lock Supply advised the mainstream tank, but the tank itself cost $300. Not sure what my options are...any suggestions?

@Matthew Olszak , thanks Matt, I see a lot of services up there, but to the fact they want 3 months paid upfront, I decided to research a bit better. I am still a new agent and trying to see what works and what doesn't before I invest in it. Do you have any other suggestion that I can compare Coles to?

Have you use Cole Realty, what's your success rate, I heard they don't scrub the Do NOT Call List?
