I evict a tenant last week and won a judgment. He moved out of town and he owes me 5K +. I can only go after what he owes me if I know his new address. Do you know any tools I can use to successfully locate him? Thank you

@Marc Winterwhat you mean by record/register the judgment. Is this another step I have to do. When I look up on the court records I see both of our names in there. I believe it has been registered or I may be missing a step.

@Marc Winter@Kenny Dahill- The tenant lost his job and he is receiving unemployment. $600+ 578 a week. He is moving back to Arkansa. That is all I know. He is getting evict tomorrow by the sheriff.

@Patricia Steiner@Marc Winter Thank you both for responding. I did get a judgment yesterday. Tenant owes $5520 in rent. I think it's worth a shot. I will try the collection agency and then find a way to garnish his paycheck but it may cost me a bit to get a lawyer to do all of that. Any suggestions?
