Cole Realty success rate?

Have you use Cole Realty, what's your success rate, I heard they don't scrub the Do NOT Call List?

It took me about a year to learn this, but its only on RARE occasion now that I get into long term contracts with service providers anymore. If their service was so great, why do they need to lock us in? Its even worse when they want a "setup" fee which is becoming more popular, on top of the year+ commitment. What I do now is get prepaid cards and simply don't reload it if the service is crap after signing up.

What do you want to use Cole for? If its circle prospecting (IE calling a radius/neighborhood around a just listed/sold) or cold calling like pulling all numbers in a neighborhood, Cole is the best. Especially if you export the data to Mojo dialer and really hit the phones hard. Outside of that, it depends on your use. For expireds/fsbos, try out Espresso Agent, Vulkan, and RedX - each one's accuracy depends on your area. For reverse lookups, I use Spokeo Enterprise. Going with the enterprise plan means you pay a flat quarterly fee but the per-search rate is SUPER low compared to retail.

@Matthew Olszak , thanks Matt, I see a lot of services up there, but to the fact they want 3 months paid upfront, I decided to research a bit better. I am still a new agent and trying to see what works and what doesn't before I invest in it. Do you have any other suggestion that I can compare Coles to?

I used Cole in the past when I did a lot of circle prospecting. I don't have a percentage to give you, but the majority of the numbers were correct when pulling an entire area.

However, I was NOT happy with their reverse lookup - many many not-founds or wrong numbers. No better accuracy than Spokeo and a number of other services, very hit and miss.
