Can someone please provide a link to one. I really would like to know how to tag people outside of a particular thread as well as provide blue links with out all the extra crap for example when Brandon links to all of the sources for new people like the Ultimate Beginners guide and what not.

@Clint Cook

Same boat as well, here in Salt Lake County. Good luck! There are numerous places here in Utah to learn and learn from. I believe Matt Atkinson has a program he offers that's based in Utah County. I signed up for a free membership on his website which is "mjare.com". Welcome to the comunity.

@Lee Busby

I might know of some people (as well as myself) that would be interested in your property. Do you have an address?

Awesome! I'm in the same boat as you here in the Salt Lake Valley. How are you helping people invest single family homes?

should i also take into account Realtor commission and contingencies

Well, there are a lot of things you have to account for. If your seriously considering making an offer, I would highly recommend getting the flipping book just because he has a list of every possible overhead cost involved in a typical flip. That particular info alone in the book is worth the $30 it costs because that knowledge will save you so much more money.

I know you can view .pdfs on your kindle. But, is so nice to utilize all of my kindles features like the X-ray, Highlight, Notes, Dictionary, Books Search, and Web Search options.

So is there an ebook version? Has anyone tried the .pdf version on their Kindle?

Thanks!
