Passive or Active, Strategic Partner Wanted for Wedding Venue and Airbnb Expansion in Canyon Lake, Texas

Are you looking for a growth-focused investment opportunity? I’m seeking a strategic partner to help expand my wedding venue and Airbnb business in Canyon Lake, Texas. We currently operate as a dual-purpose venue—providing lodging for up to 100 people while also serving as a premier location for weddings and large events. With ample room for growth, we are at a pivotal moment where additional funds are needed to expand and fully capitalize on our potential.

With my experience in building businesses from the ground up, running a successful Airbnb, and leveraging SEO and Facebook Ads for growth, I am looking for a partner who shares my vision for growth. The benefits of partnering include:

  1. Tax Incentives and Benefits: Real estate investment offers numerous tax advantages, including depreciation, deductions on expenses, and more. With experience navigating these benefits, you’ll have access to a framework that can maximize your investment potential.
  2. Passive or Active Involvement: Whether you’re looking for a passive income stream or more active involvement in day-to-day operations, this opportunity is flexible. You’ll be able to tailor your level of involvement according to your preferences.
  3. Lower Entry Costs: Due to the current need for additional funds, you’ll be able to come in at a lower cost compared to what would be required once the expansion is complete. This presents an incredible opportunity to partner at a more favorable rate.
  4. Scalable Growth: With a proven track record of successful long-term rentals, Airbnb operations, and a virtual team that has been with me for over two years, we are well-positioned to scale. There is plenty of room for growth both in terms of bookings and the venue’s capacity.
  5. Learn from My Experience: I’ve successfully navigated the complexities of new construction, Airbnb management, and building a virtual team. Through my experience, you’ll avoid common pitfalls and gain valuable insight into the industry.

This is a great chance to partner in a proven business model with unlimited potential for growth, and the time is now to capitalize on this opportunity. If you have experience in the wedding, event, or real estate industries, this could be the perfect fit.

Let’s discuss how we can work together to grow this venture to its fullest potential.

@Alex Yeater not sure if you got any follow ups on this, its been a while. not sure how far you are on your jorney. I ended up building one form zero and built 8 homes and the idea was to make them into a unitque venue. We are renting them on Airbnb and on our site as wedding but yes Airbnb does not have that option yet. They only cover your events if you have 16 guests or fewer. If you have more, they will not insure you. If you are still looking for options, let me know i'm in Canyon Lake Texas that's where my venue/airbnbs are.

Don't underestimate any of these variables in order to grow on AIRBNB

- Research the market

- Present the property attractively

- Establish Clear Policies and Effective Communication

- Keep the property clean

- Know the local laws and regulations related to short term rentals.

Remember that success on Airbnb is often based on attention to detail and providing guests with a positive and memorable experience.

Did you find this information helpful? I read you!

In the world of remodeling, accuracy matters, even in spelling!

Choosing a contractor who excels not only in construction, but also in clear communication, is the key to a smooth and successful project. Because when every detail is explained correctly, it not only builds spaces, it builds trust. Choose a contractor who crafts perfection, word for word.

Did you find this interesting, I want to know what you think?

Don't expect it to happen to you like it did to me and not get passed over for a misspelled word.

1) Buying a property that is almost ready to rent and compete in your market. That is, there are likely relatively few improvements to be made.

O

2) Buy a property not in as good condition (but in a good location) and invest to significantly remodel it and make it competitive.

Thank you.

How do you rate a new construction home compared to an older home that may look nice, but is still old?

Is there anything you've really wanted to find in homes that you don't see often that would increase your profit or reduce your expenses?
