Hey @Estrella Carolina Mckinney, so our market is very seasonal. Once you get past Labor Day, it pretty much dries up. We get a few in Oct for the bike trail, usually a Thanksgiving booking and sometimes a Christmas to New Years booking. After that, it is pretty much done until April/May.

The biggest issue I can see is lowering prices to get some off season bookings, but I am not willing to lower it that much. You get the dregs at that point and the damage to the house becomes a real issue and I don't want to deal with that sort of thing.

The best thing to do for us is to plan for the downtime. Make use of it. Fix little things, paint, get maintenance done on the hard systems, replace things, add new things etc.
