I currently have a rental in Croswell Michigan. They had a tree Fall down the other day. Is this the owners respectability or is this the renters. In my lease it states that they are responisble for any outside up keep.

Option 1.

I called and told them I was willing to come and cut it up and burn it. If they were willing to help. They don't work on the weekends so they had plenty of time on there hands. They were not interested in this option.

Option 2

I said I would get it quoted to get it removed and they would be responsible for half of the payment. Due to the face of i proposed a way for no money to come out of either of are pockets if they were willing to help out a little bit..

Does anyone have any recommendations....

On one of my single family homes they have some bee hives on the exterior of the house. It's a single story house. The renters called and pretty much suggested that, this was my job to take care of! Some advice please !
