Hello everyone my name is Joe! I am a 20yr carpenter along with a ton of experience in other building and remodeling trades. I have never done a flip of my own. Im usually the contractor or sub contractor. I would really like to get into this myself and im here to learn as much as i can. I also am looking to meet other people and build my network. Hit me up if you like i know i can be a big help when it comes to doing the work but as far as investing and flips and rental purchasing i am a newbie.
