Bee hives at a Rental
On one of my single family homes they have some bee hives on the exterior of the house. It's a single story house. The renters called and pretty much suggested that, this was my job to take care of! Some advice please !

They didn't "suggest" anything. They told you to fulfill your legal responsibility to keep there rental safe. Now call an exterminator and tell them to come over ASAP and remove or destroy the bees.
