September Meetup Alert!

Come join us for a fun networking event at our Jamaica Plain condos. We bought this big 2 family house in a beautiful part of the city and will be converting it to 2 condos.

1st hour will be all about networking with other local investors, builders, attorneys, lenders, agents and like-minded people who love real estate.

2nd hour will be spent going over the project details.

Our August meetup Networking event will be a case study of our fix and flip project in Malden, MA. 

Meetup will be hosted at the subject property.

This is a 2 family that was a full gut rehab. There were a lot of lessons learned and we wanted to share everything with you guys.

Things we will cover:

- How we found the property

- How to buy through short sale

- Dealing with problem tenant

- Permit process with the town

- Scope of work and rehab budget

- Profit and loss after reviewing all cost etc

Hi, my name is Carlos and I manage the property in MASS for you guys. What are your plans for the property as I would be interested in buying it?

You have a clear advantage as you already manage the property and know everything about it. So you are not a total stranger and should have an easy conversation.

If you can't afford the property, you can find a partner or wholesale it.

Boston Massachusetts Networking event - Next Saturday, July 17 from 11:30am-2pm

At our last meetup event, the most common question was: how do we find good deals?
In the HOT real estate market, we are in, the #1 skill any investor needs to develop is finding off-market properties. Our July meetup event will focus on this exact topic. We will discuss specific, easy-to-implement strategies for our local market. 

Agenda:

11:30-12:30 / Networking with other real estate investors, lenders, contractors, attornies, wholesalers etc.
12:30-1:30 / We will have one of our members go over his strategies for finding deals off-market. Claudio Dias is a full-time wholesaler living in Massachusetts and doing deals in Texas. In a short amount of time, Claudio has become the master of lead generation and direct-to-seller marketing.

We will cover:

- What lead generation strategies are working in the current real estate market
- What tools to use to leverage our time
- Criteria for creating a successful mailing list
- Wholesale deal overview etc

Bring business cards!! Lunch will be provided. This is a FREE event.
