Some ideas on ways to help a client

Good Saturday morning I have a couple that has outgrown their home but also their budget is stretched and they are 3 months behind in payments. I have some ideas but I wanted to get some input from this great community. They are definitely not opposed to selling at wholesale but they need to get a little something out of the deal to help them get another start. Looking for some suggestions to help these wonderful people. Thanks in advance!
