Hey guys. My name is eliseo!

I'd love to meet all of you guys if I you live in Atlanta, Georgia (GA) as I want to grow my buyer's list. I'm growing frustrated of all the wanna be wholesalers out there that are looking to just get a piece of my deals and just keep me going in circles looking for buyers. I have a steady flow of deals that come in from time to time but now i'm looking to ramp it up and get legit and finally close on a deal because so many of fallen through because I thought the "buyer" was ready to commit only to find out he was another wholesaler scrambling for a buyer to take the contract!! No more daisychains man. So if you live in Georgia or are an out of state investor please comment on the post or reach out to me if you're looking for deals in Atlanta, Lawrenceville, Gwinnett County, Dekalb, 30044, 30004, or really any zip codes in Atlanta. We get deals from all over from Duluth all the way to Jonesboro, Decatur, Southwest Atlanta (SW), etc etc to almost all places in Georgia. Also if you're a real estate agent for a hedge fund please reach out to me as well if you're off loading deals as I have a buyer who can buy in bulk if the deals are good as if you're buying houses as well. I'm really looking to stick my head out there because ya know.. my delivery job isn't cutting it anymore and boats cost a good bit and I want one real bad!

Much love!

@Nicolette Alger

If you do decide to buy a property in Gwinnett County (I live in Lawrenceville, GA). Let me know! I'd love to manage the property for you if you don't mind me learning the ropes. haha I have no problem talking with tenants and contacting the necessary people to do maintenance on the property or reporting back to you on how things are going. Just offering my services to learn more in real estate!

@Daniella Scott

You should look into long term rentals in your area? Maybe even notes? I don't know you financial situation but I could only imagine being W2 worker for so long (nurse) the banks would love to give you a loan for anything. haha

@Daniella Scott Welcome to Bigger Pockets! I too am from the Atlanta Georgia area! I reside in Lawrenceville, GA. Being a nurse is awesome! I have aspirations to become a PA one day (hopefully sooner than later). My suggestion with taking the leap into real estate - especially with what the medical world offers, depending on where you work as a nurse. I have no idea if your setting if you work in a hospital or clinic but what I do understand is that nurses are usually on a rotation. For example, my girlfriend's dad works 3 days in a urgent care clinic for 10 hours a day for 3 days straight. Then he gets 4 days off. If thats your case. I would encourage you to spend 1 day recovering haha and the next 3 days learning as much as you can to build your knowledge and future business in real estate.

It sounds like you be more interested in taking a step back from working so much as a nurse and what you want to do is achieve that is by owning long term rentals that give you (almost) passive income every month that is managed by a property manager? Maybe we can link up and learn together!
