I'd love to meet all of you guys if I you live in Atlanta, Georgia (GA) as I want to grow my buyer's list. I'm growing frustrated of all the wanna be wholesalers out there that are looking to just get a piece of my deals and just keep me going in circles looking for buyers. I have a steady flow of deals that come in from time to time but now i'm looking to ramp it up and get legit and finally close on a deal because so many of fallen through because I thought the "buyer" was ready to commit only to find out he was another wholesaler scrambling for a buyer to take the contract!! No more daisychains man. We get deals from all over from Duluth all the way to Jonesboro, Decatur, Southwest Atlanta (SW), etc etc to almost all places in Georgia. Also if you're a real estate agent for a hedge fund please reach out to me as well if you're off loading deals as I have a buyer who can buy in bulk if the deals are good as if you're buying houses as well. I'm really looking to stick my head out there because ya know.. my delivery job isn't cutting it anymore and boats cost a good bit and I want one real bad!
