New investor from Atlanta area

Hello BP community My name is Daniella, I am venturing out as a REI, still looking to land my first great investment. I've been a nurse for about 20 years. I'm in search of financial freedom. I've been thinking of getting into real estate for several years now, but was somewhat afraid to take that leap into the unknown. I really did not know how to go about it the correct way. I am growing tired of the long hours and holding down two jobs; where you basically work from start to finish just to get a day off and do it all over again. I've been really looking into it again and I'm really excited about getting started. I'm open to any and all suggestions. I'm looking to learn and grow in this community.
