Good day Bigger Pockets Community!

My name is Rick Ricker and I just wanted to introduce myself to the community.  

I am a new investor living in the Lawrenceville, GA area and am studying/prospecting daily in search of my first deal.  I have 20+ years of business development experience and recently sold the shares of my last company to embark on my real estate investing career.
