Hey, I am Elijah and have been interested in learning about real-estate since I was 13. Ever since then I have been trying to learn as much as possible to the point where I listen to bigger pockets podcast during workouts and runs that I do in the evening. I picked up a job as a apprentice at a local credit union to learn more about money and how loans in specific work. Now that I am 16 I would love to start out in real-estate possibly with a mentor or someone in my family as my parents invest as well. I would truly appreciate any advice, tips, or general knowledge you can give me as I start finally applying what I have been learning. Your goal to own 30 units by 18 is extremely ambitious and motivating. This first "base hit" deal is amazing and I really like the "deal deep dive" you included by giving us all the logistics and details of buying this property. I am 16 and would love to start real-estate in a similar fashion as you. I also have contacts with investors in my area much like how you do.
