Hey , I’m 16 years old and I have truly built a passion for real estate. All my life I have always wanted to be successful but I didn’t know how. I’ve always told myself never let your age define your success. Over the years nothing really caught my attention until my dad bought House in a low income area and started renting it to make money back every month. He didn’t know much about how to do it but he had an idea. I watched every process and struggle of his and i fell in love with the idea of buying property and renting it out. My dad never took his research any further but I did I started reading books and watching YouTube videos and i constantly educate myself through this and I take notes and I came across real estate the idea of being an entrepreneur i tell you not I feel in love. My question now is how do I find a mentor or intern. I been searching and I can’t find anything. I have so many questions and I want someone to be here to help me and guide me. Is it okay if I email real estate agents if I could intern?
