Thank you. Do you have anyone who can assist me with direct Marketing? 

I'm looking to do this in Ft worth or near a college town.

I know there are several ways to do tiny homes. But if I wanted to start a tiny homes business, what would I do? 

Should I research to see if people would be interested in doing so? Then contact tiny home contractors to see what is the best areas? How would advertise my property to future small homeowners and current? 

I'm not sure where I should start. I'm listening to the podcast every day. Every day there seems to be a new way of making the business work. How can find a plan and stick to it? What are the best ways to sale a wholesale deal? Should I buy land and make it a mobile home property/ tiny home lot? 

I like the idea of making a tiny home park. What would be my first steps?

I have a house I'm selling in Sacul, Tx. It is 30 minutes from Nacogdoches and 1hr from Tyler, Tx. 

It has been used as a retreat, recovery center and Bed n Breakfast.
