Thank you. How do you know? Because I would like to possibly wholesale some of them to investors not on BP.

I'm interested in using BP to find investment properties in Dallas-Ft Worth and Nacogdoches , Tx. Are these properties on MLS?

I have 6 or 7 investors potentially giving 5 or 6k  to the project. 

Would this be a Security issue? 

Also I need a real estate lawyer to draw up a contract. I'm in Dallas/Ft Worth.

Should I sale my current house which may have about $20k in equity or do a HELOC or hard money for my first deal. The hard part of moving is that I have a wife and 4 kids under 9.

However, my wife is willing to move if it makes us financially better. 

2 - What if I wanted to keep the house as a rental? What would I do?
