Awesome cash flow Opportunity!! Don't miss the chance to own this brick duplex , both sides currently leased at $1050 each. Will need cosmetic updating along with roof, and AC. As of now it is currently cash flowing at close to market rent so only thing I would do now is replace roof. NO foundation problems noticed.

Cost: $172,000 (includes closing costs)
