My goals are

1. Buy a duplex

2. Flip and rent or turnkey

3. Buy 10 to 12 doors in 1 years or less

4. Allow passive income to replace my current business.

5. Take family to Disney world

6. Then get into buying mobile home parks, apartments, multi-family property

I am in the process of trying to buy my first real estate property besides my own home. If there anyone who could at least assist me in a few questions I would appreciate it. 

Example. To get financing for the deal should I pull equity for the deal or sale my house and use the profit for the deal?
