Buy a distressed property, fix it rent it, then refinance it and pay them back. You could also do a simple fix and flip to get them paid back quickly. If they dont mind lending longer term, a turnkey could work, where you pay the loan back monthly with extra cashflow.

Thanks, I didn't know I could do that.

Thanks @Mohammed Elzagha for your insight. Is it possible to do this with the BRRR model if I take out the equity once I refinance and then Have the tenants pay the cost of the mortgage?

Alan, I have a large family who believe in the decisions I've made over the years. They have not given it to me yet. But there are a few who will.

Do I need to get a distressed property and rehab it in order to give them their money back? or could I leverage the cash to buy a mobile home park or something commercial.

They have not given it to me yet. But they are willing to because of my businesses in the past.

What type of deal would I need to do?

The brrrr model? Turnkey? What deal would be best if I raised $50k from friends and family?

If I have investors who have given me money, like $5000. How do I give them their money back.

Do I give them their $5000 plus interest or just intetest?
