@Katrina Prather thanks for the advice! How was your experience taking your first calls? Did you use some type of script? I will definitely add those questions to my repertoire!

Hello BP! We sent out our first list of yellow letters and today I got our first call, I'm very excited about taking my first real estate call BUT it was kind of, well I dont really know what it was, the guy wanted to know what we would offered, but yet he said they weren't interested in selling. He just wanted to know what ppl were offering in his neighborhood.  It was a quick call, iim wondering did i handle that right...should i have an idea of what i would offer somebody on my list before they call? im thinking that would be hard, or should i just go thru a type of intake form...also can someone tell me what type of questions i should ask when responding to someone who calls from one of my yellow letters!!? Thanks

@Nick Mazzarese great job on getting your first deal under contract. sounds like it could be a homerun after you figure out what to do with the taxes, ill be keeping my eye out to see what the experienced investors have to say. Btw, how did you find your deal? and how was your negotiation process, did you have to do much negotiating?
