Thanks so much!!

Hi Tammy! Awesome to meet other women real estate investors and newbies like yourself! How has your journey been so far up to this point. Would love to hear from you. I started a couple a months ago in Real estate by wholesaling. It was so exciting when I put my first house under contract, we didnt get it flipped, but it was a huge accomplishment in my eyes. So far Ive put two properties under contract but havent closed on a deal yet. Can you share any experiences youve had! Thanks and good luck

Hello Bigger Pockets. My name is Eleia (pronounced E-lee-yah) yep its really a unique and fun name! Anyhow I am new to bigger pockets, from Austin, TX! New to real estate investing, more specifically starting out as a wholesaler, presently have worked on a couple deals, my goals this year are to obtain buy-and-hold properties, network in my area more, and learn more about doing deals with little to no money. Really just want to find my niche and what works for me!! I first heard about bigger pockets from a lady in Austin who was trying to get my partner and I to join a guru's group for thousands of dollars! Needless to say we didnt do that, but one good thing I got from her is the bigger pockets community! So I am looking forward to connecting with others and learn as much as I can from everybody both newbies and successful professionals!! So thanks and I look forward to meeting you all!!
