Hi i am an investor in Houston TX i went to fort bend county auction for past 6 months and couldn't find any deal that BRRRR, i am still planing to keep going but had a doubt that i may be in a wrong path. what do you think would be the best way of finding BRRRR in Houston ?

@Victoria Weiss i got HELOC on my investment property in Houston. you just need to ask for Line of Credit instead of HELOC.

@Ryan Gyllenband@Mauricio Blanco@Manny Raimondo i am in Houston and i got it on my investment property, the key is they dont call it HELOC you need to ask for just line of credit. i got it from Trustmark bank. if you are in Houston let me know i will direct you to the branch that i am banking and you can mention my name. they know me :)

Hi, 77056 has mostly condos, how did you calculate to get 400 cashflow with those killer HOAs?

@Wale Lawal can you share the numbers? i am wondering how it is cash-flowing with 15 year mortgage. i am just having difficulty to find anything that cashflow even with 30 years.

TAXs and HOAs are known i do 10% management, 10% maintenance 5% capital expenditure. i only guesstimate insurance.

@Wale Lawal they wont cash flow anyway, TAX, and other expenses are too high vs the rent. always end up with negative cashflow in my analysis.

@Cameron Tope I agree with you, I am currently looking for SF to BRRRR but each deal I am running numbers on they won't work. almost giving up on Houston :(
