IS AUCTION the right path for BRRRR ?

Hi i am an investor in Houston TX i went to fort bend county auction for past 6 months and couldn't find any deal that BRRRR, i am still planing to keep going but had a doubt that i may be in a wrong path. what do you think would be the best way of finding BRRRR in Houston ?

It's hard because there are 1000 other Edward Adams trying to do that exact same thing.  It's possible though.  I bought a 6 pack of foreclosed Montrose townhomes.  Sold 4 (which paid back my purchase price), kept two, tossed in a renter, refinanced, and I'm re-armed and ready to do it again.

Just takes patience and time invested in finding the right deals.  But you're 100% correct in that deals are NOT plentiful .
