Hi everyone. We are a couple that lives in Dubai and want to start investing in Houston TX. We are pre-approved up to 600k and looking for a duplex or single family to hold and rent. I am looking at some zip codes in Houston and I can see 77056 look like a good one with some properties cash-flowing at 300 and 400$. any other suggestions on good zip codes for Houston. thank you.

Hi Raluca, are you also interested in buying inside the 610 loop? While these homes will generally be more expensive, it is something to consider. The Montrose, West Univ., TMC, Heights, and River Oaks areas are all very nice.
