Hi BP -

I am reminding you that our Santa Clara County Real Estate Investing Meetup is taking place this Thursday 2/18. This month's topic is Net Leased Investing. The details of our group are included in the posts above. I hope to see you there!

Thanks,

This should work.

I think SFR lending would be a great strategy for Bitcoin investing... especially in CA.

Good afternoon BP,

I have an off-market redevelopment opportunity available in San Jose. The asset is a commercial high-rise in the Downtown sub-market that is currently operating as an office with ground floor retail. This building is a great candidate for a residential or hospitality conversion due to its CBD location and close proximity to public transit.

Please let me know if you would be interested in acquiring this property and I will provide the CA in order to receive marketing materials.

Thanks!

Are there any QIs on BP that have dealt with automotive 1031 exchanges? I know these are pretty rare and I have been searching for a company that handles them.

Thanks,

Ed

I think adding a filter to the Real Estate Companies Directory would make finding a specific company much easier than just searching alphabetically. Filtering by State and Industry would be a good start.

This thread was just moved into the correct section, thank you Mindy for the heads up. I just wanted to make sure that Bay Area BP members have an opportunity to join us for this next Meetup. I hope to see you there!

Hi BP,

We are hosting our second Meetup of the year. The first session was a success and covered the basics of real estate investing in the current Santa Clara County market. This upcoming session will cover net leased real estate investing; asset classes within the net leased segment, leases, tenants, and financing.

We hope that you can join us. Please feel free to RSVP through our Meetup group page.

Thanks,

Ed

If the goal is to buy locally then that type of competition is expected. If the goal is cash flow, then I would consider other areas in the Bay Area with lower barriers to entry.
