Welcome Wenhao Leu and I'd be happy to chat if there is anything I can help with regarding the local San Jose market. Take care!

16015 Caputo Drive Morgan Hill, California 95037

This 1.45 acre site is located just west of the Tennant Avenue exit at Highway 101 in Morgan Hill. It was entitled for over 15,000 sf of buildout and is permitted for a variety of commercial uses. This is an ideal opportunity to develop a triple net (NNN) leased investment property in the Bay Area. Financing is available upon request. Please feel free to download the list of permitted uses per the Morgan Hill Code of Ordinances.

My advice would be to stay and flip in Gilroy. It is one of the better areas of the South Bay where values are rising and is relatively affordable compared to San Jose, Milpitas, Cupertino, etc. Also, I host a local Meetup and our topic this month is Residential Investing in Santa Clara County. Please come and join us if you can make it. I am sure it would be a good networking opportunity for you and an informative Meetup on getting started with house flips.
