Looking to find local meetups in Femont, San Jose Area.

Hello Everyone, I am a new BP user and was hoping to find local meetups in the San Jose, Fremont or neighboring areas.  I am eager to connect with other BP members to discuss Buy and Hold and other Real Estate Strategies.

@Sang Ko and @Roger Rustad come by tomorrow night if you can. I hold these meetups once a month and have found it rewarding which is why I continue to do it on a monthly basis. Lots of good folks come out like Gabe and Ryan!
