Hello. I am interested in potentially using private money to get started in real estate investing. Although I anticipate approaching family first, I want to get an idea of what paperwork I would need to pursue such a loan so that I come across as prepared as possible. Hello. I have a rather quick question regarding a real estate agent's access to the MLS. Does an agent have access to the MLS of the entire state in which (s)he is licensed or only a particular region of that state? Also, is there any way for an agent to access the MLS of another state?
