Sample files to get private lenders

Hello. I am interested in potentially using private money to get started in real estate investing. Although I anticipate approaching family first, I want to get an idea of what paperwork I would need to pursue such a loan so that I come across as prepared as possible. Are there any applicable files in the FilePlace or anywhere else (e.g. sample contracts)? Thank you!
