Hey Tanya. Sorry to hear your current PM isn't working out. Bartsch Management is great for multi families. PAM is also solid for multi families but is pickier when it comes to area. Those would be the two places I would start. Let me know if I can help in any way.

Congrats on making the leap! Brew City is an awesome group to join. Rebecca Knox - When's the next meet-up? The RPA is also a good group to join and they're having a trade show next month that you should check out.

Great choice with Milwaukee. I'm a bit biased but I'm a huge fan of the city. The best advice I have is to come to town for a visit. There are several groups in town and pretty easy to find a meet-up while you're in town. If I can help with anything, don't hesitate to reach out.

Finding quality contractors from out of state is thought. I would suggest spending some time in Milwaukee and meeting with as many people as possible. Hanging out in Menards Parking lot for a day will do wonders

Bartsch or Smart Asset would be my suggestions for multi family management.
