It's a bad timing, because it's a extremely a sellers market, where the buyers have to pay 10k over listing price, and buy as, and guarantee couple of 1000s over appraisal.   Naperville and Downers Grove is too expensive to cash flow for rentals.  Do you have realtor yet?  Also need pre-qualified letter from a lcouplep

Where is your source on hud that that rent is 2200?  I know from section 8 it is 2220 in Romeoville.

Trying to figure this out on my own, what do you mean : " removing credit inquiries"? Are you saying by signing up for credit card under LLC EIN number and also using your own social security # and then getting approved afterwards you calling the credit card bureau to remove the inquiry from your social security number and have it only on your LLC?

So went to the Section 8 website for will county ( https://www.hajoliet.org ) I didn't see the option to click on for rent increase or the forms for it.  There is a landlord portal portal on the website, but it just shows the rental history and breakdown what is the tenant portion and SEC 8 portion.
