Rental Arbitrage. Is it logical?

Hey Eveyone! I’m looking at going into AirBnB/Vacation rentals. I don’t have amazing credit or tons of money to put down. Does anyone have experience in Rental Arbitrage? Are a lot of landlords open to it? Is it a good idea? Should I get a property close to me to begin or is it good to start where the market for that is booming?

Also if anyone has any advice on getting started that would be great! Thanks!!

You don’t need cash for arbitrage. You just need it to be 6 years ago.
