Poll. How much is the weekly rate for a motel room in your town?

Got in to it with 4 angry Cubans yesterday.  A motel room with 2 beds and no free breakfast is $400 a week.  I'm charging $800 for a 4 bedroom house.  They thought it was too expensive, to put it nicely.  I'm already renting 2 other houses to 10 of their coworkers and charging the same rate.
