Hey guys, wanted to let you know that the location has been confirmed and the address is listed at the top of the post in the event info. I also spoke with my contact at Ashmore Partners, @Anthony Susco who will be sponsoring the event and will be providing some food for us! He will also give an introduction of himself, his company, and hard money lending. 

@James Masotti rather than actually renovating while you live there (Which is what I'm assuming she's is opposed of), why not BRRRR method it to your self. Obviously you wouldn't be renting it, you would be living there and paying the mortgage. But you can move into a house fully renovated the way you guys want it and probably get most of your money back with the cash out refi.

Hey all! After a very successful turnout at the first South Jersey meet up, i am very excited to put together another! We had a lot of new investors that came to the first meet looking for their first deal, therefore I thought it would be a good idea to do a House Hack topic. 

I will be presenting two methods of house hacking including a live in multi-family as well as a live in flip. I will also be putting together a sample deal for each scenario.  

@Lauren C. has recently completed a BRRRR / house hack for a duplex and will also be talking about her experience.

I encourage you guys to come prepared with any questions that you may have regarding house hacking! Once we finish up the house hack topic, we can do an open discussion as we did last time.

Hey Rob, welcome to BP. I will be hosting the 2nd meet up in South Jersey on February 15th. I will be creating the event sometime today so be sure to check the events page on BP. It just so happens that i was planning on the discussion for this meet up being on house hacking, so this would be a great for your situation. 

I am also a licensed home inspector in NJ, if you are looking to get into doing home inspections we should talk.
