Hey all! After a very successful turnout at the first South Jersey meet up, i am very excited to put together another! We had a lot of new investors that came to the first meet looking for their first deal, therefore I thought it would be a good idea to do a House Hack topic.
I will be presenting two methods of house hacking including a live in multi-family as well as a live in flip. I will also be putting together a sample deal for each scenario.
@Lauren C. has recently completed a BRRRR / house hack for a duplex and will also be talking about her experience.
I encourage you guys to come prepared with any questions that you may have regarding house hacking! Once we finish up the house hack topic, we can do an open discussion as we did last time.
