I wanted to put together one last SJREIG Zoom meet up for 2020!

This will be an interactive meet up! Below is an outline that each attendee will present during the meeting. I would suggest that everyone have a note pad handy in order to make notes on other members. Over the last 3 years i have seen so many great connections made, deals done, partnerships formed, etc within the group network. Take this time to make notes on the other attendees as your next deal or partner may come from this meet up! Below is the format!

Intro: Name, current full time job, current REI experience and strategy, Why do you invest in real estate?

1. Your biggest REI goal accomplished or REI success story/deal/occurence in 2020

2. Your biggest REI or business lesson learned in 2020

3. Top two REI or business goals for 2021.

4. What you are currently looking for / to gain from REI networking, for example:

    -Type of RE deal?

-Other network connections - capital partner, lender, insurance broker, wholesaler, etc

-What do you need help with / struck or struggling at within your REI business?

-How can you help other investors?

Time permitting, we will do breakout rooms in Zoom for the following categories: Rentals/BRRRR, Flipping & Wholesaling, House Hacking.

Hope to see everyone there for the last meet up of 2020!

Another Zoom Meet Up for SJREIG! Axel Ragnarsson, host of The Multi Family Wealth Podcast will be doing a presentation on his journey in real estate and how he scaled up quickly to 40+ units!

Axel is an active real estate investor and has experience as a commercial real estate broker, specializing in multifamily and investment sales. He purchased his first multifamily property during his sophomore year at the University of New Hampshire. While at UNH, he was a founding member and Co-Managing Director of the Rines Angel Fund, the first and only undergraduate student-managed angel investment fund in the country.

It was in his studies of alternative investments that he became interested in real estate investing, leading to the founding of his real estate investment firm, Brickleaf Properties, and is continually searching for new multifamily properties and communities to invest in. Currently, Brickleaf Properties owns approximately $4.5M in multifamily real estate, has flipped numerous homes, and has been a principal party in $15M+ worth of transactions.

See you all there!
