Remember , Donald Trump is a real estate guy. I would guess anything in the bill that would negatively affect real estate probably has some sort of juicy loophole attached to it.
I want a BP hat also!

I have been through a foreclosure. Bank was in the process of repossessing the property when my friend decided he wanted to purchase it. Bank would refuse to sell it to him and kept saying "we have to put in on the market or it could look like an inside deal." ....kinda funny in my opinion because I believe someone from the bank was ultimately the end purchaser.

Yes! Having my real estate license has introduced me to opportunities I had never previously thought of. I have even had other agents call me and offer me off market deals because they know that I'm the "investor agent" and they are now willing to accept less in exchange for a quick close.

Rough neighborhood if you ask me....not saying that's good or bad but last time I showed a condo in that neighborhood I was greeted by a fighting pimp and hooker followed by a Good Samaritan who asked if I was lost...I stood out wearing my nice real estate uniform...ultimately buyer did not like the other "tenants" in that neighborhood.

Cesar Rebolledo ....I think most agents are not investor friendly but that doesn't mean it's hard to find an investor friendly agent. I would sling a 2.5 million dollar deal for $500 if I could get paid in 12 hours...I view a paycheck as a ROI....time is my investment, not the dollar amount.

So I posted this same question to over 700 fellow real estate agents within my brokerage. Turns out this idea has been on the minds of many. I have more people than I can possibly accommodate that are wanting to be a part of my "team." We are having our first meeting in January with an emphasis on delivering deals to investors.
