Is there a typical pay structure which I could use to compensate someone for conducting cold calling? ie; Hourly rate, $ per call, commission off the deals we buy, etc?

I just had another conversation with them just moments ago and came to the same conclusion that I must stay in control of that piece, at least for now. If anyone has a better solution please share. Anyone having success with a VA?
