If you are real estate investor you will want to have an expert in this area to prepare your return. Look at the top right, the top contributor happens to be the expert you'd want to have on your team (hint: @Michael Plaks). You don't need just someone local, you want to have an expert do your taxes, in the age of technology location is irrelevant.
