I am under the same impression as you are as to it sounds like some people may have made it work. 

I am trying to find someone that has been successful using this "scheme". 

Let me clarify that although I do have a "oh look squire" type personality, I am not losing focus on RE investing. I am interested in learning more about this because I am interested in supporting my budding in his efforts toward financial freedom. But if this is nonsense, I'd also like to respectfully give him my opinion.

A buddy had invited me to an invitation only meeting. It was a very motivational gathering that left me wanting more. I like to consider myself a receptive type person but ------- this doesn't smell right.

@Natalie R. No I didn't. I did have a call with them to discuss there service then decided not to go ahead with it. PM me if you would like details. 

@Zecheria Deges I just sent you a PM. We are looking to start wholesaling in Wichita this year and would love to talk to you about your experience there.

We are looking into a service to assist us with the influx of calls as a result of direct mail and am considering using Call Porter. However, we are getting mixed reviews on their service. Anyone have any experience with them? Good or not so good?

@Robert Bowker I have used @Jerry Puckett in the Wichita, Ks market with great success. It is not a high dollar market like yours but I am sure he will be able to add value to your business.

OK ~ that was a bit corny, but that is how I felt when "it clicked" for me. Has it clicked for you yet? If not, it will, -- if you have desire.   What type of RE are you currently working with or interested in?
